Students get a single, focused workspace to prepare for careers, measure their real employability, and stand out to recruiters based on what they can actually do — not just a polished resume. Recruiters get a faster way to find assessed talent: a student's employability score is the same number a recruiter sees, so hiring teams can go straight to people who have demonstrated readiness instead of sorting through unfiltered applications. Colleges are the third group, and their tools are in early access — the aim is a single view of every student's placement readiness before placement season starts, and placement cells can talk to us about joining it. The Employability Test is a timed, camera-proctored online assessment of your aptitude, critical thinking, verbal and behavioral skills, plus up to two technical domains you choose for the career path you're preparing for. When you finish, you get a single employability score and the specific roles your results match — a measure of genuine readiness rather than a self-reported claim.
