Job description

micro1 is hiring Coding Puzzle Solvers to contribute to remote AI training projects. In this role, you will write and review coding puzzles and Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA) problems used to train and evaluate AI coding models. Responsibilities: • Write clean, correct, and efficient solutions to algorithmic problems. • Explain problem-solving approaches and time and space complexity clearly in writing. • Review AI-generated code and identify incorrect reasoning or solutions. • Follow project guidelines and incorporate reviewer feedback. Eligibility: Open to college students and working professionals. Requirements: • Strong knowledge of Data Structures and Algorithms. • Proficiency in at least one programming language: C++, Java, or Python. • Competitive programming experience or strong problem-solving skills. • Good written English communication. • A laptop and stable internet connection. Work mode: Fully remote (work from home). Compensation: ₹5,300–₹10,600 per hour, as stated in the hiring poster. Actual earnings may depend on the project and hours worked.
